Event Submission
Click here to submit your Tier 1 request. This is for events for major all-church, cross departmental events with 500+ anticipated audience.
Tier 1 events require 6 months lead time.
- Step 1: CAT will review and approve your event submission in Planning Center Calendar.
- Step 2: CAT + Comms + Connections will schedule a “Kick Off” meeting with the department (at least 3 months before the event) where we will go over the event check list and create an Asana project.
- Step 3: View our event checklist, which the CAT team will go through at your kick off meeting.
- Step 4: Comms will begin promoting the event at least 2-3 months in advance.
Click here to submit your Tier 2 request. This is for events for mid-level departmental events with 100+ anticipated audience.
Tier 2 events require 3 months lead time.
- Step 1: CAT will review and approve your event submission in Planning Center Calendar.
- Step 2: CAT + Comms + Connections will schedule a “Kick Off” meeting with the department (at least 2 months before the event) where we will go over the event check list and create an Asana project.
- Step 3: View our event checklist, which the CAT team will go through at your kick off meeting.
- Step 4: Comms will begin promoting the event after the kick off meeting.
Please submit your Tier 3 + 4 events in PCO calendar, and request additional support (AV Tech, Communications, etc.) if needed using the forms below.
