Johnny Reed

High School Pastor

Greetings! My name is Johnny Reed. I grew up in the church as the pastor’s son, but I didn’t come to saving faith and a personal relationship with Jesus until I was nineteen years old. That moment changed the course of my life forever.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, I moved to New York City at eighteen to pursue a career in modeling and acting. That path eventually led me to Los Angeles, where I soon encountered the compassion and love of Jesus Christ in a life-transforming way. Not long after, I met my wife, Natalie. We have now been married for just over six years. She grew up in Orange County and currently serves as the Program Director and a Professor in the Nutrition Program at California Baptist University.

I have been serving the Lord—specifically in vocational youth ministry—for the past eight years. I love the local church and am passionate about equipping God’s people (especially high schoolers ) to make disciples and reach the nations. I’ve also enjoyed higher education and have completed both a B.A. in Theology and a Master of Divinity from Regent University.

I am humbled and excited to be part of the work the Lord is doing in and through His Church.
