Assistant Director of Human Resources

My name is Elena Vasquez and I began working at St. Andrew’s as a volunteer in Human Resources in 2011, then became an employee in Human Resources in 2013. I enjoy working with all employees, getting to know them, assisting them any way I can, being their first and last contact, onboarding and offboarding them, providing them with guidance and assistance relating to their benefits and working with them on workers compensation, among many other areas of Human Resources. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, and minor in Speech Communications, from California State University, Long Beach. I come from a diverse background working in Human Resources for small, medium and large sized for profit and non-profit organizations, in various industries. I feel blessed to work in a Christ centered environment with like-minded people.
