Royal Family KIDS CAMP        for the children

For the Children is promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing for child victims of neglect, abuse, and abandonment
through intervention programs, education, and advocacy. Their team is motivated by the example Christ set to share a common goal,
with people of goodwill, of caring for those Jesus referred to as, “the least of these.”

A key element of what they do is Royal Family KIDS Camp - a weeklong summer camp for children from Orange County’s foster care system,
ages 6-12. At camp, volunteer counselors and support staff interact with children in a structured, Christ-centered, and fun environment.
These camps often serve as turning points in the lives of the foster youth, replacing cycles of abuse and neglect with love and hope.
The camps are a highlight of the year for both children and for those who give of their time and energy.
St. Andrew's partners with ROCKHARBOR Church each year in planning, staffing, hosting, and organizing the entire camp.

This ministry lives into our SERVE strategy area of CARE.
