Your first visit with your kids.

KIDS CHECK-IN (3 years–5th grade)

  1. Arrive – Stop by our Kids Check-In desk on the bridge
  2. Check-In – Log in to the iPads at our check-in desks, and receive your child’s name tag
  3. Classroom – We’ll walk your child to their classroom
  4. Pick-Up – Match your tag at the end of service

NURSERY CHECK-IN (0–2 years)

  1. Arrive – Stop by the Nursery located across from the Corner Café
  2. Check-In – Log in to the iPads at our check-in desks, and receive your child’s name tag
  3. Drop Off – Head into main church. If we need you, our staff member will call you
  4. Pick-Up – Match your tag at the end of service

Nursery

Bring your children ages 0–2 years to our joyful nursery environment Sundays, Wednesdays, or during designated events.

Our nursery is staffed at a 1:3 ratio of adults who are trained and prepared to keep your baby safe and loved.

Contact us or your ministry leader for information on childcare for a specific event.

  • The nursery is located by the coffee shop, facing our playground.
  • Inside the nursery are an indoor/outdoor play areas, cribs, changing tables, and a place for mothers to sit and watch service with their children.
  • We have “family rooms” available inside the Sanctuary that are equipped with changing tables, toys, and visual/audio access to the service.
  • Bring any snacks, bottles, diapers, and a change of clothes if you wish.
  • We do have spare diapers, clothes to borrow (if needed), and extra snacks in case you need them. We will always do what we can to take care of your child.
  • When you arrive on campus during a weekend service, you may check in at our main desk or in the nursery.
  • During the week and for special events, proceed straight to the nursery to check in.
  • During check in our team will verify your phone number, ask about allergies, and take notes on any special-care needs you may have.
  • You will be given a claim check to pick your child up at the end of the service/event.
  • Our team will ask you, “If your child begins to cry, how many minutes would you like us to let your child cry before we call you?” Often babies are nervous during their first interactions, but our staff will work diligently at loving your child, so they will soon feel at home.
  • We will spend intentional time caring for and loving your child. Our gatherings include story time, music, playtime, and social time.
  • Every toy is sanitized after each use, so toys are always clean and ready to use.
  • There will always be at least two staff present with your child at all times.
  • We will log the time of feedings and bowel movements.
  • In the event of a safety concern or unusual behavior, we will call you immediately and log an incident report.

Bible I + II (Discipleship)

We have expanded our 3rd grade Bible course into a multi-age and stage experience. It’s like what many would know as “confirmation,” and the process is designed for parents, mentors, and students to engage together. Each session includes a lesson, videos, and a study guide, all aimed at sparking conversations about faith and exploring the “why” and “how” of Christian belief.

Our goal is for kids to be exposed to the Bible and explore faith and trust in Jesus. Parents and mentors will serve as supportive guides on this path. If this is new for some parents, don’t worry; you can learn alongside your child. Your active participation in this faith-building process will enhance your connection and deepen your understanding of Christian principles, creating a meaningful and transformative experience for your family.

The whole program consists of five parts. Bible I (formerly 3rd grade Bible), Bible II, Confirmation I, Confirmation II, Baptism. Depending on the age of your child, we have a tailored path for them to take.

For those in 3rd–5th grade who haven’t taken our 3rd-grade bible course, Bible I is for you. We will offer Bible I and Bible II classes on Wednesday nights, and for those in Bible II, there will be a special weekend experience, and parents are invited to a special parent seminar just for them. Next year, our Bible II kiddos will be encouraged to take the Confirmation I class as middle schoolers.

Bible II builds on our Bible I program. Created for 5th and 6th graders, this class helps students explore more of the Bible and discusses the nature of God. Bible II includes a weekend experience, with a special session for parents.

Bible II will take place on Wednesday evenings.

WATCH

WATCH (Weekdays At The Church) is a Christian-based after-school program that ministers to the needs of working parents and their families in the community, providing care for children entering TK–6th grade. Each staff member is specially trained in child development and experienced in working with children in these grades. We also offer a summer program called Wonderful Weekdays.

As your child joins our community, we want to assure you of our commitment to their safety and well-being. At St. Andrew’s, we have implemented safety policies for all of our kids and students. We consider kids birth through 5th grade, and youth (6th through 12th grade until the end of summer camp their Senior Year).

Through our moms’ groups, Tribe and Thrive, moms are invited into meaningful spiritual formation and a caring community of support. These groups foster connection, friendship, and shared wisdom for the journey of motherhood. Childcare is available with advance reservation.
