Kurt Mason serves as Senior Executive Pastor, providing both strategic and integrative leadership to ministry and operational departments critical to the mission of St. Andrew’s. Kurt joined St. Andrew’s staff in 2025 bringing decades of experience in both marketplace and church leadership. Kurt’s background includes serving in executive roles, founding businesses, and holding positions of church governance as an ordained Elder within the ECO denomination. Kurt and his wife, Terri, have two married daughters. He loves all things outdoors and any sport involving a ball… especially golf!
