The summer is a great time for us to slow down and examine the rhythm of our lives. We will collectively be reading and discussing the book, Eternity is Now in Session by John Ortberg. Many of us think of our salvation as the entrance requirement for getting into heaven when we die, but that’s not how Jesus talked about it. Our salvation is experienced right here, right now. This book will help us all gain a new perspective on the importance of experiencing that side of eternity while we are still on this side of it.
Copies are available for purchase for $12 on the Plaza on Sundays (May 21 – June 11), in the Corner Café, and in Reception.
Open book discussions will be held on campus this June and July. If you are looking for meeting days and times, please contact adults@sapres.org.
John Ortberg will be joining us on June 24 at 5:30 p.m. and June 25 at 9:00 + 10:30 a.m. to guest preach at St. Andrew’s. We look forward to welcoming John to our campus and listening to his sermon on our book in common, Eternity is Now in Session.
