Director of Early Elementary Ministries

Carol Scheevel (it rhymes with “navel”!) has been serving local churches, preschools, and denominational groups in the area of Children’s Ministries for several decades and loves seeing kids get excited about Jesus and the Word of God!  After growing up in Southern California and attending Biola University and Talbot Theological Seminary, she also spent time serving in Marietta, GA, Long Beach, CA and Bakersfield, CA.   She is so thrilled to finally be back home, within minutes of her children and most importantly, her amazing and beautiful grandkids.  When she’s not looking for energetic and innovative ways to engage kids in the Bible, you’ll find her covered in glue, glitter, and ink as she’s knee deep in her favorite hobby of card making.
