Ways to Get Involved
The Leadership Institute is a wonderful way for you to share your gifts and experience with these recent college graduates. We have three ways you can get involved! Learn more below, and if you have any questions, contact Joan Coleman at joanc@sapres.org.
Host
Do you have a home with some extra room you want to generously offer to a young leader?
Job Description:
Provide a room for one associate to live in. Provide a relational “home away from home.” Take interest in and pray for their experience in the SALI program.
Employ
Do you have a company/organization that could employ a developing professional?
Job Description:
Provide a paid role for 36 hours/week (4 business days). This should be an engaging role that will actively develop a young professional. Offer professional mentorship to the associate. Communicate regularly with the SALI program directors to provide feedback and input on associate’s development.
Sponsor
You can give to the SALI program by designating “SALI” when you give.
Where your contributions go:
5k – covers speaker honoraria for one year
13k – sponsors the entire experience for one associate
25k – funds program costs including retreats, experiences, and class materials for 8 participants
70k – covers salaries for 4 ministry track associates
107k – underwrites entire yearly budge
