Note: St. Andrew’s Preschool students will be picked up from school by their dance teacher at 12:45 p.m. Parents and guardians will pick up students at 1:45 p.m. in the Deaver dance room, located downstairs. On the last day of class, parents and guardians will bring their students directly to the Deaver dance room and are invited to stay and watch.

This fun and energetic combo dance class introduces young dancers to the wonderful world of dance. In the first part of class, children will learn foundational ballet techniques, including ballet positions, pliés, chasses, and simple stretches. The second half will explore rhythmic tap steps such as shuffles, toe taps, and cramp rolls.

The class combines structured exercises with playful activities to develop coordination, balance, musicality, and confidence. Students are encouraged to express themselves through movement, follow short combinations, and enjoy the joy of dance in a supportive environment.

Dancers will also have the opportunity to shine on stage at our Summer Outdoor Family Concert on Saturday, August 8!
