A magical space where little dancers take their first steps into the wonderful world of movement and imagination—hand in hand with the grown-up they love most. In this parent/child class, music sets the scene for gentle stretches, tiny twirls, and basic dance steps that feel more like an adventure than a lesson.
Children float scarves through the air like butterflies, tip toe across the room on “quiet mouse feet,” and learn to move with grace and confidence, all with a parent nearby to share the fun. Each class blends simple dance technique with creative movement, turning pliés into shared giggles and spins into moments of pure delight.
It’s a joyful introduction to dance where connection comes first, curiosity is encouraged, and every dance becomes a sweet memory made together.
Shoes: ballet shoes for children, comfortable shoes for parents
This class will not perform in the showcase on May 3rd, but families are encouraged to attend.
