About the Chef: Kirk Christensen’s path in the kitchen began with a passion for creating great food and bringing people together around it—something he believes is rooted in God’s design for community, fellowship, and service. A graduate with honors from Le Cordon Bleu, Kirk went on to spend many years in fine dining, including contributing to the execution of the Emmy Awards. He has led high-end catering operations and created memorable dining experiences for private clients, VIP events, and large gatherings.
Today, Kirk combines his culinary background with decades of leadership and operational experience to create cooking classes that are organized, engaging, and welcoming.
At the heart of his work is a simple goal—to use his gifts to serve others, help people grow in confidence, and create spaces where food, fellowship, and faith can come together.
