Join us at Forest Home for Family Camp this summer! Family Camp is five nights away where families can connect with each other and God as well as build community with other families in our congregation.
5th-12th Grade Options: Not only are we going to Family Camp, but kids from Port, Asylum, and Refuge will be attending 5th-6th grade, Junior High, and High School camps. So really your 5th-12th grader has two options: They can attend Family Camp with siblings and parents where they can enjoy quality family time as well as time with peers, or they can sign up for the age-specific camps at Adventure Mountain, Creekside, and Lakeview.
**Reminder: Signups for student camps at Adventure Mountain, Creekside and Lakeview begin online here on Wednesday April 30.
Rates start at $424 for adults and $175 for kids. Children ages 2 and under are free. Sign-ups are done through Forest Home; therefore, we do not have spaces on hold, so sign up now for a fun week away! Click Here for more info and to sign up!

I’m thrilled to introduce you to Family Ministries at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church—serving children and students from birth through college aged young adults…and their families.
Our desire in Family Ministries is to see children, students, and their families “Follow Jesus Christ to lead lives that reveal God’s goodness.” In order for young people and their families to move toward that ideal, we’ve tried to make our church’s strategy of “Worship, Prepare, Serve, Lead” as accessible and clear as possible in these ministries.
We Worship together at our weekend services, we Prepare to follow Jesus at mid-week age-specific programs, we join the entire church in our opportunities to Serve and we look to Lead lives that reveal God’s goodness in whatever locations, circumstances and relationships we find ourselves throughout the week.
For our Prepare mid-week program, we’ve branded each of our age-specific ministries with a name/title that is synonymous with the idea of a “safe place.” We have chosen these names because we desire to create a safe place where young people can come, be themselves, wrestle with tough issues, and engage in healthy relationships with others as they prepare to follow Jesus. Here are the names of the respective ministries:
• the NEST- Birth through Pre-K
• SHELTER - Kindergarten through 4th grade
• the PORT - 5th and 6th grade
• ASYLUM - Junior High
• REFUGE - High School
• HAVEN - College
We hope this information proves to be helpful for you and your family, and we hope that you will join us as we learn to experience our church as more than a place, a community - and more than a building, an adoptive family. We also hope that you will stay in touch with us by logging onto mysapres, our secure web-based community, at www.mysapres.org so that you don’t miss out on any information!
If you have any questions, if you want to be on the parent e-mail list, or
if there is a specific way we can serve your family, please contact our Family Ministry Hotline at 949.574.2264 or email .
