SPRING 2010 SCHEDULE

Spring classes begin the week of February 15. Classes will meet for 15 weeks (February - May). The fee is $300 for the semester. A $10 registration fee will be charged for first-time registrations. Music books will be available for purchase through the instructor of the class. Instruction is available for kids, teens and adults.

CLASSES FOR KIDS - Ages 7-11


GUITAR  (Maximum of 6 students per class)

Gk 1a - beginning guitar:                        

Room A004, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m.
Class builds the basics and introduce kids to the guitar - chords, rhythm, and fingering techniques.

Gk 1b - beginning guitar:                        

Room A009, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m.
Designed for students who have completed GK 1A and who are continuing beginning guitar.

Gk 2b - intermediate guitar:

Room A008, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m.
Designed for students who have experience and some of the basics of guitar techniques.

BASS GUITAR (Maximum of 6 students per class)

Room TBA, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m.
This class is for students who have an interest in bass guitar and have some of the guitar fundamentals.

DRUMS (Maximum of 3 students per class)

dk 1- beginning drums

Room A002, Mondays, 4:00 p.m.
Beginning fundamentals of rhythm and drum techniques.

Adults

Music instruction opportunities for adult learners can be arranged for private lessons or small group lessons. These will be based on a monthly charge. We offer lessons in:

  • music basics
  • beginning voice
  • music sight reading
